Assessor & IQA Online CPD Training

Enhance your skills in assessment and internal quality assurance with our flexible online CPD course, designed for professionals delivering regulated qualifications.
The course covers both assessing and internal quality assurance (IQA) and has been designed to meet the ‘First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum’s Assessment Principles for First Aid, and particularly the additional requirements introduced in October 2015.
These Assessment Principles are the minimum requirements that are expected of regulated training providers in the UK. The certificate is awarded by First Aid Awards Ltd, an Ofqual and Qualifications Scotland Accreditation regulated awarding organisation.

The Workshop is also suitable for persons wishing to conduct the monitoring of First Aid Trainer/Assessors and the quality assurance of regulated course paperwork subject to also holding a suitable First Aid qualification.
The Assessment Principles require those involved in the quality assurance of First Aid qualifications to hold an IQA qualification or have attended suitable CPD training in addition to holding an appropriate First Aid qualification. This course meets that requirement and allows persons, who do not already hold an IQA qualification, to conduct quality assurance procedures for regulated First Aid qualifications.
