- E -Book titles purchased cannot be returned, printed, refunded, or exchanged.
- Once a user has been assigned a license they become the owner and keeper of this license. Ownership cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.
- If the user experiences technical difficulty in accessing a title, please contact our customer service team for assistance
- The user is permitted to view the E-Book, but this licence is personal to that user, non-exclusive and non-transferrable.
- Reproduction of any part of the contents of the eBook is expressly prohibited.
- The user may not use the E-Book on more than one computer system concurrently, make or distribute unauthorised copies of the eBook, or use, copy, modify, or transfer the eBook, in whole or in part, unless they receive our express permission.
- If the user transfers possession of the E-Book to a third party, the licence will be automatically terminated.
Terms of Use
- The user is granted the right to view the E-Book.
- The user agrees to protect the E-Book from unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution.
- The user further agrees not to translate, decompile, or disassemble the E-Book.
- Multi-use configurations or network distribution of the E-Book is expressly prohibited.
