What does my order status mean?

In Process
We have received your order and it is currently being processed.

Processed
Your order has now been processed and if it requires shipping we are awaiting courier collection.

Complete
We have processed your order fully and it has now been dispatched, if shipping is required. If your order relates to a Nuco course booking we have reserved your place, although further payment may still be required before your attendant in some cases (please check your invoice).

Purchase Order Required
We have received your order. Unfortunately we are not yet able to process this any further until we have received a purchase order or payment. The trade account you have selected has indicated that they operate a strict 'no purchase order no payment' policy.

On Hold
We are sorry that we have had to place your order on hold. When we have to do this we will let you know why but if you are unsure please contact us for further information.

Pending Payment
We have received your order but require a payment to proceed. You can make your payment by using the 'Pay Now' button next to your order in your order history.

Back Order
The majority of the items that we supply are in stock. On the rare occasion that we have to place your items on back order we will let you know when they will be likely to arrive. If part of your order is in stock we may dispatch part of the order while the remaining items become back in stock.
