Shop Item Delivery costs:
Orders with the value of £0.01 to £9.99,
delivery will be £3.99 (+VAT)
Orders with the value of £10.00 to £249.99,
delivery will be £6.99 (+VAT)
Orders over the value of £250.00,
delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
The order value stated above is the VAT exclusive price and is calulated on items that require shipping.
In most cases you will receive your order in the following 1-5 working days. If you require an express service for delivery to take place before 10:30am, 12:30pm or a Saturday delivery then please contact us for a quote.
Delivery is provided by either Royal Mail or our logistical partner DPD. Delivery will normally require a signature and consignment tracking will be provided where possible.
Printed certificate postage and packaging costs:
Single orders of any value,
Second class postage and packaging delivery will be £2.95
Single orders of any value,
Second class Signed For postage and packaging delivery will be £3.95
When certificates are ordered alongside shop items in a single transaction, the postage rate for shop items will be applied as per the above shop item delivery charges.
No delivery charges apply for electronic certificates.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery is available on a quote per order basis, if you are outside of the areas listed above please contact us with the items that you require and your delivery location and we will provide a tailor made quote.
Please note that although we try to fulfil all international orders were possible restrictions on some items to certain countries apply.
