E-Book Terms and Conditions

General Terms

E-Book titles purchased are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be printed.
Once a licence has been assigned to a user, it becomes their sole responsibility. Licences are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
In the event of technical difficulties accessing an E-Book, please contact our customer service team for support.
Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the E-Book.
Reproduction or copying of any part of the E-Book content is strictly prohibited.
The E-Book may not be accessed on multiple devices simultaneously, nor may it be copied, modified, distributed, or transferred without express written permission from Nuco Training.
If a user transfers possession of the E-Book to a third party, their licence will be automatically terminated.
Access to the E-Book is granted for the duration specified on the NucoPlus product listing, commencing from the date the licence is assigned.

Users are permitted to view the E-Book for personal use only.
Users must not permit unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the E-Book.
Users agree not to translate, decompile, or disassemble any part of the E-Book.
Multi-user access, sharing across devices, or network distribution is strictly prohibited.

All E-Book content is protected by copyright.
Users may not remove, alter, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the E-Book content.
No chapter, in whole or in part, may be copied, transmitted, or reproduced in any form or by any means without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under this licence.

The E-Book is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Nuco Training shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the E-Book.
Use of this service is entirely at the user’s own risk.
This agreement is governed by English law. By accessing the E-Book, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
