From 1st January 2023 the options for certificate delivery are being simplified.

Starting in 2023, every learner will be issued with an electronic certificate as standard for the regular certificate fee. You may also choose to receive a traditional printed certificate in addition to the electronic certificate for an additional £1 + VAT (£1.20 inc VAT) per certificate.

This change is being made due to the ever-increasing costs involved in printing and delivering certificates, as well as ongoing delays in delivery from Royal Mail postal strike action. Electronic certificates also help us all to be more environmentally sustainable.

This will allow you to continue to certify your learners for the same price as you paid in 2012!

If you are not already part of the 70% of instructors that are issuing electronic certificates here are some key benefits:

  • Your E-certs will be available immediately (Subject to quality assurance checks and payment)
  • You can ask NucoPlus to email your E-Certs directly to your learners, just provide their e-mail address and hit send, saving you administration time
  • Or download all your certificates to distribute yourself
  • No forward postage cost to yourself
  • Your E-certs will be stored and accessible online for four years
  • No printing necessary, saving paper and the environment
