NEW LEVEL 2 FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING QUALIFICATION
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer certification for the new Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. You can teach this course, if you have a Level 3 or above teaching qualification and a Level 3 or above Food Safety qualification.
However, if you don't hold the appropriate qualifications, then we will soon be running a Level 3 Food Safety compliance Instructor course that will give you the required qualifications. Full details to follow.
