Certificate Re-Prints
Over the last 12 months there has been a huge increase in the number of requests for certificates to be reprinted due to either errors entering the names correctly onto
nucoplus or Learners misplacing their certificates.
Because of the cost incurred with re-printing and sending out the certificates, we have had to introduce a fee of £5.00 + vat for any certificates that need to be re-printed. This will take effect from the 1st January 2015.
You will have a choice of receiving the re-print by either hard copy in the post or by an e-cert that can be emailed to you directly.

Course Paperwork
We have been carrying out auditing of paperwork and have come across a lot of courses still using obsolete paperwork.
It is very important to use up-to-date paperwork, so please check
nucoplus periodically, as there have been many changes recently.
Any significant changes to course paperwork in the future will be highlighted in the monthly newsletter.
