INSTRUCTOR MONITORING

As you will all be aware by now, requirements from the regulatory bodies state that all Instructors need to be monitored annually for the delivery of accredited First Aid qualifications. This started last January, with a requirement for all Instructors to submit a monitoring report by the end of 2014.

We are emailing you as we do not have a monitoring report for yourself on file.

In order to administrate this we have had to restrict access to Nucoplus for all who have not submitted a monitoring report or attended an Instructor course during 2014, so your access has been removed to comply with the regulatory bodies.

You have a couple of options. You can either arrange for a monitoring visit on your very next course or, alternatively, certificate the course with a non-accredited certificate. The non-accredited certificates that we offer cover your Learners for the training they have received, but they are not national qualifications accredited by OFQUAL and you will lose the benefits that this brings.

If you are only delivering Health & Safety or Food Safety qualifications, then you do not need to meet this requirement, so please let us know and we can re-activate this for you.

It may also be that this is a secondary log-in for you to the system. If this is the case, then please let us know and we can activate this again for you.
